By booking a room under your team/event block you agree to the following:

All rooms must be booked through group link, unless you do not have internet access. In this instance only, please call Donna Bacon direct to reserve at 832-912-3100. 2 Night Minimum stay required at these tournament discount rates with breakfast included. Breakfast is included.
Included; scrambled eggs with meat item and toast/tortillas, shredded cheese, fruit, salsa, fruit juice, cereal, oatmeal, milk and coffee or tea. Tax & gratuity is included. Not Included; Any cooked to order items.
Restaurant Hours are 7-10am but not included in the breakfast package due to limited seating and early dining times for our team. Team breakfasts will be held in our ballroom area from 6am to 8am unless requested otherwise prior to group arrival. In accordance with our food and beverage license, food brought in from outside the hotel must be consumed in your guest room only. Any reservation cancelled inside (4pm) 3 days of arrival will be charged the full length of stay room and tax. In the instance of a weather event that causes an official change in the tournament format or even a tournament cancellation, we will waive any late cancel fees or minimum stay requirements.
