The girls need to carry on the following.

Uniforms:
All three uniforms, this includes the practice uniform. (Jerseys, pants, belts, socks)

Equipment:
Glove
Helmet, it is likely that I will have 5 girls carry them up and 5 different girls bring them back.

They can check bats and cleats with luggage.

Reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis.

All rooms reserved online at AnthonyTravel.com will be guaranteed with the credit card used during the online booking process. Unless individual credit cards are provided by rooming list or the online changes system, Anthony Travel will use the credit card on file to guarantee the room with the hotel, and may be subject to no-show fees and cancellation penalties at the hotel’s discretion. It is the responsibility of each individual, and Team Manager, to ensure individual credit cards is provided.

Resort fee is waived for all Anthony Travel guests.Self parking will be discounted for the Sun Classic Fall Showcase to $10 per car per night.

ROOM PAYMENT POLICY:

The credit card on file is solely used to guarantee your reservation. Room rate, taxes, and resort fee (if applicable) are due at check-in and the hotel will need the physical credit card in hand to charge full payment. Any teams using a credit card to pay for all or a portion of their rooms (especially if the cardholder will NOT be present at check-in) will need to complete a credit card authorization form. ROOM CANCELLATION POLICY:
