Sunday:
Game 3 @ 9:30 am vs. IG Jackson on Copper 4 (warming up at 8:15 am)
Game 4 @ 12:30 pm vs. Texas Peppers on Iron 2

Uniform Schedule:
Sat. – White Traditional/White pants/white socks & black belt
Sun. – Black Eclipse/Black Custom pants/black socks with black stirrups & white belt

Attached is the confirmation of your group hotel room block for Bombers Softball – 2016 Bombers Exposure Weekend.

Please remember that all reservations for the tournament will be taken through our office instead of the hotel directly.

There are 2 ways to make reservations. The first is using our online reservation system. To access that system, please forward the individual reservation link found on the attachment, along with your team’s group code (FU7-Y9H) to anyone needing a room reservation for the tournament. Clicking on the link will take your individuals to the reservation page where they will be asked for that group code. Once they enter that information, your team’s specific block at the Hilton Garden Inn North Houston Spring will be shown and everyone will be able to book the room type of their choice based on availability.

The second method of reservations is through our reservation department. They can be reached M-F 9am-5pm EST at 1-800-430-1159. If you have any additional questions or concerns please feel free to email us at corey@travelingteams.com.
